Yum, got the pad Thai and I really enjoyed it! We got food to go and they forgot to give us rice for one of our meals, that was sad.... We also had the noodles with peanuts sauce and that was also really good! Cute spot to grab food to go and go sit at the park Nextdoor! Overall good food and I would try it if you are considering Thai!

I love this place. I have not had a bad meal from this place. The white wine is chilled, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. I suppose the ambiance inside could be improved but not due a lack of effort. The inside has a lovely little fish tank at the end of the room and there are several portraits and pieces of wall art that I enjoy looking at. I usually ask for extra spicy but I do not fear pain. My go to is the crispy chicken but there are many delicious options.

Came here on the weekend and received great service the food was excellent and I would love to try more things on the menu in the coming chances that I have to come visit here. Had always wanted to try this place here in the Green Lake area. Pad Thai was a generous portion and tasty!

We ordered food to be delivered from Thai Ocean. We had the soup and satay. There was more than enough to share between two people. We had some leftover. The soup was good and tart and a little spicy. The satay was tender and moist and a perfect counterbalance to the soup. We'll order from them again.

From the initial call to ask a question to our good-byes, Thai Ocean was a wonderful evening. The woman who answered the phone made me feel that she would definitely love to have my small group dine at her restaurant. Upon entering later that evening she recognized me by my voice and made us feel as if she and the whole staff had been eagerly awaiting our arrival. We were seated toward the back near what appeared to be a table where staff ate -- kinda like Olive Garden's "When you're here, you're family" vibe. Quite impressively, at this table there were pepper bushes -- like uprooted pepper bushes with loads and loads of small red peppers. I was told they had just come back from eastern Washington and bought them and brought them back. So while we ate the delicious food a staff/family member pulled the peppers off the bushes for eventual use in the sauces. Everything met or exceeded expectations. As we placed our order of dishes to share we were advised that two of our dishes were very similar and were given a couple of options to consider. Nice. While there's nothing particularly unique or different about their food it was all prepared and presented well. The curries were right on, the fried food fried well, the vegetables fresh and crispy. The portions are normal size, the prices reasonable, and the welcoming environment appreciated. Seems like a great neighborhood restaurant; might even describe it as family friendly. There are also a few parking spaces in their lot which is nice.

The reason this review doesn't have pictures is because it's so good that I forget every time!! Note for spice: i got a 2 star and it felt like a 1 or 0, so you can probs be liberal with your spice level. As a Thai person, I truly appreciate the authenticity of this spot. The pad kee mao is my favorite in town. Great for eat in or take out! They have a little patio area and indoor seating, a nice place to stop right after any Ravenna/greenlake venture.

I live across the street and this place is the go-to inexpensive Thai place for the whole neighborhood. They are swamped with to go orders so expect a small wait during peak hours. How are you guys not giving 5 stars? What are you expectations here? Please stop expecting local family style asian food to be anything other than tasty and filling. 5/5 will continue to live on their patio. Get the chili sauce with all orders, it's a must.

We got our food to go this past Tuesday :) we enjoyed their cashew chicken with no spice, and I had the chicken Phad Thai with ALL the spice, including a side of sriracha. They are always so nice and we appreciate being able to call them and pick up our food so promptly. We love Thai Ocean and their quality has been really consistent with us!
